Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, shipments may experience slight delays. Please allow additional transit time for delivery. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you via email.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information is usually updated within 24 hours.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We are not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
